Our Programs

— Roof Replacement Program

Roofs from the Heart chooses 1-2 recipients every quarter to receive a full roof replacement. The program runs statewide in Delaware, then in a few SE PA counties, Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester County. The recipient must go through a pre-qualification process and be eligible within the guidelines below.

— Eligibility

Residential homes only
Must own the home, and it be the only home your own
Combined Income of all adults in the home must be 80% or below Average Median Income of the state
All local taxes paid as well as payments on mortgage up to date
Must be in dire need of a new roofing system (leaks, interior issues, or exterior roofing system concerns)

— Community Partners

RFTH partners with G.Fedale Roofing and Siding on all projects. We receive a discount on materials and labor, but still receive the excellent and reputable service from this experienced company.

RFTH also partners with other home repair organizations, so please let us know what other possible issues you may have on the inside of your home.
