Our experience was exceptionally good! We were truly blessed to have been fortunate enough to be on the receiving end of such an incredibly kind hearted and helpful group of people. We truly had no idea how we were ever going to be able to replace our roof that was long overdue for replacement. My experience with everyone from Roofs from the Heart was beyond what I thought it would be. From the first time speaking to Kate and the entire crew was amazing…friendly…worked extremely hard to make sure everything was perfect. The communication was awesome I loved that they involved me in every step and if the process. My experience with Roofs from the Heart was amazing from start to finish. I felt really comfortable with the entire team. I was not embarrassed by my situation at all admitting that I needed help. Everyone was kind and worked cleanly. Getting chosen was life changing! I no longer had the stress of trying to figure out how I was going to take care of this huge problem! I will never forget the first time it rained after the new roof was installed. I just watch the rain out the window and thought how amazing it was to not be running around the house checking to see if the leaks were getting larger and if there were any new ones forming. I had no idea that organizations like this existed and am eternally grateful that they do!
